To return or exchange a product, you must do so within 14 days of the date of despatch. The product you wish to return must be in saleable condition and in its original, undamaged packaging.
We will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. We reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
(This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods).

Returns can be made through any of the following options:

1. Returns via a separate carrier.
This would be arranged by you, the customer, directly with a carrier service and all costs would be met by you. Your return needs to be agreed in principal with ourselves in advance and prior notice of the timing of any return is required in order to ensure we are on hand and able to accept the item(s) into our warehouse

2. Returns via Olympian.
We would make the necessary arrangements for collection and agree the charges involved. A minimum handling, administration and re-stocking charge of £35 is made (but may be up to a maximum of £250).

3. Return by you.
You may choose to return an item yourself. If the item has been delivered to you, the item must then be returned to our distribution centre or warehouse. Your return needs to be agreed in principal with ourselves in advance and prior notice of the timing of any return is required in order to ensure that we are on hand and able to accept the item(s) into our warehouse.

Where an item has been collected by you from one of our stores, you may return it to this store subject to providing the respective store manager with advance notice.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee that staff will be available to assist you upon your arrival.

 

Exclusions
Are there any items which I can’t return?

With the exception of faulty merchandise, for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept the return of certain items which have been opened and / or used. These specifically include mattresses and pillows.

How long will it take to receive a refund for my returned products?

Refunds are normally issued form our central office. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received and checked by us.
Payment will usually reach your account within 7 working days. Timing will however depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company processes the credit. A refund of the initial delivery charges will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

Is there anything on which I can’t obtain a refund?
We are unable to provide refunds on ex-display or clearance items irrespective of their stock status or availability at the time of order.
However we will happily offer a credit note subject to the following:

1. The provision and surrender of a valid receipt at the time of the return.
2. The return is made within 7 days of despatch.
3. The item is in the same condition as when sold and is in the packaging provided.
4. When an item has been delivered, the item must be returned to our distribution centre / warehouse. Please see above.
